Carolina Migrant Network is excited to announce our next Continuing Legal Education course: Trial Practice for Immigration Lawyers. This CLE course will discuss the laws governing immigration proceedings, including evidence, witnesses, oral advocacy, and preparing the record. The event has been submitted for 4.25 CLE credit hours for attorneys licensed in North and South Carolina. Lunch will be provided.

For our 2022 CLE course we have partnered with Cynthia Aziz, Helen Parsonage, and Rob Heroy; three attorneys with a depth of diverse experiences and a deep knowledge of trial practice, both in and out of the immigration law context. This CLE will offer substantive law and practice pointers as a way to develop and enhance advocacy skills for attorneys representing individuals before EOIR.
