About Comunidad Colectiva
In 2022, CMN absorbed its grassroots sister organization, Comunidad Colectiva (CC), a Latinx Women-led organization focused on organizing young people to organizer to mitigate both Immigration Customs Enforcement (ICE) operations and anti-immigrant policies at a state and local level.

Our Team
We believe in the power of community. Our organizing team works hand in hand with those directly impacted by unjust immigration policies to build collective strength, mobilize for change, and fight for justice.
Through advocacy, leadership development, and grassroots organizing, we empower our community to protect families, resist harmful policies, and demand a more just immigration system.

Know Your Rights (KYR) Clinics
We provide free workshops to educate immigrants on their legal rights, how to interact with law enforcement, and steps to take in case of detention or deportation.

Monarca Fellowship
Founded in 2023 the Monarca Fellowship was established to train the new wave of immigrants rights leaders in Charlotte. The fellowship’s goals are to educate fellows on the deportation pipeline’s impact federally and locally, campaign development and execution. Monarca was envisioned as a safe space to dissect systematic issues and to come up with strategies to change them.

Amigos en Resistencia
Join us in building community power through outreach, direct engagement, and collective action to protect and uplift families.

Educational Materials
We create and distribute accessible, multilingual resources on immigration rights, policy changes, and community defense strategies.
