Founded in 2023 the Monarca Fellowship was established to train the new wave of immigrants rights leaders in Charlotte. The fellowship’s goals are to educate fellows on the deportation pipeline’s impact federally and locally, campaign development and execution. Monarca was envisioned as a safe space to dissect systematic issues and to come up with strategies to change them.

Carolina Migrant Network and Colectiva invest and support Charlotte youth by creating advocacy and leadership programs to grow the next generation of leaders.
