Americans across races, places, and backgrounds know it’s love that makes a family, families that make vibrant communities, and communities that make a prosperous nation. But this authoritarian regime is spreading fear based on what we look like and where we come from, turning our government into a weapon against our people as they hand billionaires and corporations the wealth our work creates.That’s why the Brave of US are joining together to fight against exploitation by the wealthy and keep our families whole, ensure our communities thrive, and transform our nation into a place of liberty and justice for all.
Brave of US es una celebración de los inmigrantes y un llamado al coraje y la acción. Los estadounidenses de todas las razas, lugares y orígenes saben que el amor es lo que hace a una familia, las familias las que hacen comunidades vibrantes y las comunidades las que hacen una nación próspera. Pero este régimen autoritario está sembrando el miedo basado en nuestra apariencia y de dónde venimos, convirtiendo a nuestro gobierno en un arma contra nuestro pueblo mientras entrega a multimillonarios y corporaciones la riqueza que nuestro trabajo crea. The Carolina Migrant Network is joining the Brave of Us coalition to collaborate with a local Latino owned business and artists to design and install a public mural reflecting the experiences and resilience of immigrant families in North Carolina. The mural will serve as a visible statement of belonging and strength, while reinforcing the bravery it takes to protect our freedoms, our families and our futures.
Carolina Migrant Network se une a la coalición Brave of Us para colaborar con un negocio local de propietarios latinos y artistas en el diseño e instalación de un mural público que refleje las experiencias y la resiliencia de las familias inmigrantes en Carolina del Norte. El mural servirá como una declaración visible de pertenencia y fortaleza, a la vez que reforzará la valentía necesaria para proteger nuestras libertades, nuestras familias y nuestro futuro.
